LGBTQ+ Friendly Accommodation
Is Blue Lotus LGBTQ+ friendly?
Yes. We welcome guests of all backgrounds, identities and orientations, including LGBTQ+ travelers and same-sex couples.
Can same-sex couples stay together?
Yes. Rooms 1, 2 and 3 each accommodate up to two guests. Rooms 4 and 5 are limited to one guest each.
Swimming Pool
Does Blue Lotus have a swimming pool?
Yes. All five rooms have access to a shared outdoor swimming pool; it is not private to one room.
Which rooms have direct access to the pool?
Rooms 1 and 2 have doors from their ensuite bathrooms to the shared pool area. Other rooms can use the pool without direct bathroom access.
Disney World & Orlando
Is Blue Lotus suitable for Walt Disney World visitors?
Our guesthouse is in Kissimmee, near Orlando and Walt Disney World. Check your route before booking; travel times vary by park and traffic.
Is Blue Lotus inside Walt Disney World Resort?
No. We are an independent residential guesthouse in Kissimmee, not a Disney-owned or operated resort.
Shared Accommodation & Privacy
Is Blue Lotus an entire-home rental?
No. Guests book one of five private bedrooms in a shared home. The outdoor pool and kitchen are shared.
Will I have a private bathroom?
Rooms 1 and 2 have ensuite bathrooms. Room 3 has a dedicated private bathroom immediately outside the bedroom. Rooms 4 and 5 share a bathroom.
Can guests use the kitchen?
Yes. The shared kitchen is available for light cooking only.
Is Blue Lotus suitable for solo travelers?
Yes. Rooms 4 and 5 are for one guest each, have workspaces, and share a bathroom. Room 4 has a Queen bed; Room 5 has a Full bed and sofa.
